I am a naturopathic educator and am currently studying natural medicine at the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan in their Doctor of Naturopathy degree program. As a natural health educator I offer a wide range of therapies to improve overall health, working on the underlying cause of illnesses, not just the symptoms.

An in depth look at lifestyle, diet, hereditary, and emotional concerns in order to make the necessary changes to increase health and vitality. A consultation will include the use of iridology and muscle testing in order to determine weaknesses in the body and will offer herbal and dietary suggestions, along with essential oils, homeopathics, flower remedies, massage and reflexology suggestions. A great way to begin your return to true wellness!

Diet and nutritional advice personalized for each client. We offer information on many specialized diets including eating for your blood type, living gluten free and/or dairy free, anti-inflammatory and diabetic friendly foods, the benefits of eating local and organic. Non-invasive allergy testing will be used to help determine diet suggestions. As caterer I also offer many healthy recipes with each nutritional counseling session.

If you have a specific need to detoxify or if you just want to jump start you're own natural cleansing process, we personalize a cleanse or fast specifically for you. We supply a day to day planner, cleansing fact sheet, shopping lists and where to find the suggested items.

The entire nervous system is represented in the iris through the optic nerve, therefore every organ in the body is as well. The iris indicates the inherited weaknesses as well as signs of deficiencies, heavy metals and chemical use that may be doing harm to the body.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic treatment that stimulates every organ and system of the body through the soles of the feet. Stimulating certain areas will increase oxygen and circulation throughout the entire body, and can unblock congested or sluggish areas such as the digestive and lymphatic systems.
This is also a very relaxing treatment and includes a 10 minute foot soak before each session.
